Register online

Within 60 days of purchase to activate your three-year warranty.

Registrations completed after 60 days receive the standard one-year warranty.
Important: Please complete online registration before lodging a warranty claim.

Warranty claim service

  • Return the complete product system in its original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for freight costs to and from SpinFlameBBQ.
  • Our service team will inspect the product to confirm whether a manufacturing defect is present.
  • If repair is not possible, we will replace the product in line with applicable consumer law.

Coverage exclusions

Warranty coverage may not apply if the product is misused, tampered with, damaged by accident or falls, used contrary to this guide, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer.
